Better Footy Australia is designed from the ground up to work without collecting any personal information.
Short version: We don't collect your name, email, location, or any other personal data. We don't have analytics. We don't have accounts. The only information that ever leaves your device is what's necessary to fetch publicly available AFL data — and that comes from a public API, not from you.

Better Footy Australia does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. We do not collect your name, email address, location, or any other identifying information. We do not use analytics or advertising SDKs.
Data Stored on Your Device
Any preferences you set in the app (such as favourite teams) are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to us.
Push Notifications
If you choose to enable notifications, an anonymous device token provided by Apple is used solely to deliver those notifications. This token cannot be used to identify you personally. You can disable notifications at any time in your device Settings.
Third-Party Services
The app retrieves publicly available AFL data from a third-party sports data provider. These requests contain no personal information. We do not use any third-party advertising networks or tracking services.
Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect any information from children. Because no personal information is collected from anyone, the app is suitable for users of all ages.
